Merch Vendor Application
Merchandise vendors will participate in a permitted, daytime community skate event featuring organized skate competition, food vendors, and spectators. Merchandise vending is limited to the sale of non-food retail items and approved promotional goods.
Proposed Merch Vendor Schedule:
Load-In / Setup: 9 am – 11:30 am | Merch Service Hours: 12 pm – 6 pm | Load-Out / Breakdown: 6 pm – 7 pm
Merchandise vendors must be fully set up prior to the start of vending hours and remain operational for the duration of the approved vending window unless otherwise approved by the event organizer. No food or beverage sales are permitted under this application.
Merchandise vendors are approved separately from food vendors and are subject to City of Prescott special event requirements and site capacity limitations.
