Food Vendor Application

  1. Food vendors will operate as part of a permitted, daytime community skate event featuring organized skate competition, vendors, and spectators. Food service is intended to support attendees and participants throughout the event window.

  2. Proposed Food Vendor Schedule:

    Load-In / Setup: 9 am – 11:30 am | Food Service Hours: 12 pm – 6 pm | Load-Out / Breakdown: 6 pm – 7 pm

  3. Food vendors must be fully set up prior to the start of food service hours and remain operational for the duration of the approved vending window unless otherwise approved by the event organizer. All vendors are required to comply with Yavapai County Environmental Health regulations and City of Prescott special event requirements.

  4. Food vendors are distinct from merchandise vendors and are approved separately based on menu offerings, site capacity, and health and safety compliance.
